Health spending allowance would be a great added value to benefits. A compensation package that evaluates on exceeds expectations rather a general compensation could be beneficial to competitive salary rates comparable to other companies should be considered.

Most of my medical needs/ prescriptions are not covered under our current plan. It causes financial stress when the cost of living is rising.

As a Store Manager having a senior team I believe all my team members except those capped out should be paid a higher wage. Also to compensate for cost of living in the lower mainland. Unless someone has a partner who is also paid well it is almost impossible to afford any luxeries.

The VP of our department only favors one person on the team who also happens to be very closely associated with her immediate family. The VP does not acknowledge others existence on the team unless you hold a management position.

I think communication between departments can be better. Could be beneficial to have group activities to get to know other departments better and to learn more about what they do, that way you can know their challenges & perspective. Accounting used to have Lunch and Learns, might be a good idea.

I would like for people in leadership positions be relooked at. Just because someone has been here for years does not make them the best candidate to be in charge. I would really like my immediate boss replaced because having someone else in charge would drastically improve our department.
