How can I improve my chances of being hired at CURRENT?
Make sure that you have had at least 2 years experience in customer service. If you do not, simply like about. Worst case scenario - they follow up on it and you don't get the job. Believe it or not, they actually don't follow up on the credentials/previous work experience of entry level customer service associates.
