Same as most people, I want more for less. Cost/benefit and all that jazz.

We were brave in the face of the "incredible shrinking company"

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am able to go under the radar. More freedom than I should have. I like that.

It was a long time ago. I felt that I had the job before I even walked in there. I was overqualified so I was a sure thing.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't want to have to spend my time doing something for someone else. That's not the company's fault. I am a "work to live" type, not "live to work".
