What do you like best about the leadership team?
the Best of the world
They have vision which is a good thing. However they know what the bumps on the road and they dont have a good strategy to address it . For some reason whatever steps they take, it becomes confusing and team does not get a unified , clear message or direction
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being fair about workflow. Work loads need to be balance
Global and Enterprise Planning, Communications Realistic, honest technical business analysis at the levels of RCI and day to day efficiency
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good for everyone of our customers.
Earlier the benifits were better but after they formed Finastra things are not so good
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not being used to my fullest potential; nor paid for what I am doing currently.
What are some of the best things about your team?
its very happy all time
In general prople are good. Some very good minds. However there are few micro managers , who will not mind to dictate how you should live your lives at home so that business can continue ...
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Carry some additional work loads and responsibilities
I respect my team, but they've been promoted to titles that they do not qualify for. Minimal core technical knowledge != engineer/devops
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we work all day hard
One thing is constant, which is pressure. Only one solution for every problem, to hire more managers. The top management thinms that they should squeeze the work of 10 people out of 2 or 3 people. Not at all employee friendly company
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Accountability to collaborate and to stop the "empire builder"/knowledge hoarding competitive mentality. It is currently being rewarded.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?

my second family my friend
The challenge of code and the satisfaction to meet the pressure :) (weired) .... otherwise management and managers dont necessarily motivate you.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Clear job responsibilities need to be defined; and clear to all. Resources need to be provided to fulfill, as well.
