I respect my team, but they've been promoted to titles that they do not qualify for. Minimal core technical knowledge != engineer/devops
Accountability to collaborate and to stop the "empire builder"/knowledge hoarding competitive mentality. It is currently being rewarded.

Clear job responsibilities need to be defined; and clear to all. Resources need to be provided to fulfill, as well.
