Many things. Hire confident and knowledgeable Leadership individuals.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Install quality filters, stop hiding behind bias and discriminating practices by outsourcing everything.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They create and support a hostile work environment for many. And, yes, I am a Caucasian saying this.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For work expected, location and old technology, pay should have been better. But the discriminating Management Style within Goodman MFG a business unit of Daikin North America is responsible for how poorly others are treated.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Within Talent Acquisition they are hostile to more qualified individuals, out of work insecurity. The VP and Director of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting are absolutely bias towards individuals. Both of these individuals really have no in depth understanding of Recruiting or Sourcing professionals.
