What are some of the best things about your team?
Very supportive and collaborative, always willing to hep
Some co-workers have no pep in their step. Others do. he sense of urgency is not great overall. You consistently have to double and triple check when you give them a task.
They are all overachievers that don't really complain. I feel I have a dynamic team.
Ease of communication and always willing to listen and provide helpful feedback.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
communication, safety is not a priority coworker lost his hand because of neglect by management
There is a unbalanced standard between my co-workers that is driven by management.
Within Talent Acquisition they are hostile to more qualified individuals, out of work insecurity. The VP and Director of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting are absolutely bias towards individuals. Both of these individuals really have no in depth understanding of Recruiting or Sourcing professionals.
Communication is needed ,but all the they care about is numbers
