What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team is very very supportive but promotions are limited and HR has a percentage cap on how much one can get a raise.

They are focused on customer service and employee safety and welfare.

Open to people centered management

The cohesion of talent and skill

Top level executives are approachable.

Extremely friendly, always willing to listen about your questions or concerns

They create and support a hostile work environment for many. And, yes, I am a Caucasian saying this.
