Training people constantly and you get no more pay

I have learned multiple jobs and am being paid the same as people who know 1 job and refuse to learn another job

When hiring someone take them out to job they will be doing before you hire them before the training starts to see if they can do it or not
Being more of a team but current supervisors do not promote this
They don't try to help people out

Everyone is willing to help. If an idea/concept is not understood, other team members are willing to help fill in the gaps. Interactions are positive, friendly and uplifting.

Stop hiring managers that does not know anything about the products and have no technical understanding
