Getting to meet multiple executives to really get a good feel for the culture and environment.

I appreciated how many different perspectives I got during the process. Meeting with cross-functional leaders gave me a real sense of the culture, expectations, and how the role fits into the bigger picture. Each person I met was candid, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in finding the right fit.
