Management here. We get 3 months paid medical leave. One year salary free life insurance. Great insurance packages. Stock benefits. 401K match is consistently at 100%-120% at 6% of your salary. Discount mall is hundreds of discounts on events, theme parks, hotel/car, products galore, shoes, et all.
Great insurance choices are the best part of my compensation package.

Experience does not equal fair pay.
Lower prices for benefits and more options
Higher rates and full health benefits.
Yes all the time..specially by manager.
If you worked the number of hours it to complete all assigned tasks successfully, we were looking at 70 hour weeks, not to mention the close-off-open-mid- off-open-close--vindictive GM
I feel undervalued because I'm overlooked when it really counts, also being compensated is pretty much off the table. There's always a excuse.
The payout system never has made sense to me. Nearly every shift, no matter lunch or dinner, busy or slow; I am usually leaving with less than 50 dollars in my pocket ("tips") after having to give the Manager about the same amount during the end of shift Cashing Out. Somethings wrong with payouts.
A server who can acually bring home a paycheck would be nice.
I'm always given the low traffic areas whole w other always get the busy sections never been given the opportunity that they have check your server reports compare the difference never have I walked out without doing my side work nor silverware yet my work is not seen or acknowledged things are comp
