When i was in the morning time prepping the food for the line I got to listen to music while it was close to help me focus.

Working with my friends made can make or break a shift. During times when I'm 'in the weeds' the help is great, though it usually isn't possible to help much because everyone is in the same boat too. But the comradery and true friendship, lightening the mood with a joke or something, can change alot
A day where you can just serve your tables and have a nicr smooth shift.

When there is a nice flow and a strong crew working, paired with a well tempered manager

Go back to being a "fish house"--maybe not all the way back to the nautical uniforms, but i tell you, not happier crew (or guests)
Hiring standards, firing standards, pay
No one really cares, people just show up and do the absolute bare minimum. They are unsanitary and disgusting.
