Love the atmosphere and coworkers, but witness a lot of people being overworked and underpaid to satisfy my GM's labor scores so he can get his bonus. When he is there, we all face a toxic, chaotic work environment that does more harm than good. Used to love the place, miserable now. B- score

When there is a nice flow and a strong crew working, paired with a well tempered manager

Seemed to genuinely want me on the team, not just as a body. Saw potential in me

Pride in the food and drinks, strong personalities in front and back of house positions, opportunity to move up to management
What are some of the best things about your team?
Lots of strong personalities and hard workers. Usually the poorly performing employees weed themselves out, but management is almost too tolerant of said employees
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Supportive, patient, good with customers, most hired from within. Can become almost parental figures, and you can tell they put their heart into the place. Excluding the GM
