Developing a relationship with each guest and making them feel at home and the comerodity so they come back.

We lack real leadership at my home store. Communication is the most frustrating part of my management team because nobody properly communicates.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The fact that we experience first hand how food tastes so we can describe it to our guests with a first hand knowledge.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I think every aspect of darden could use some improvement. Oir management team doesnt communicate properly with staff and it slows things down and causes co fusion with every aspect of our work. When we are not all on the same page we do not execute our mission 100%. I think a big FOH change should
