The GM needs to learn to support his team members and value them. The GM also needs to follow through on things he says he will. He needs to support his team instead of tearing them apart.

If you worked the number of hours it to complete all assigned tasks successfully, we were looking at 70 hour weeks, not to mention the close-off-open-mid- off-open-close--vindictive GM
There is no trainings in the kitchen which make for an uncomfortable shift when the chef does feel it's an issue.

In my restaurant, favorites are clear.
The GM needs a better attitude. Needs to stop harassing employees and bullying them.
Better management. Management that are there to have a good sales shift.
Start doing right by everyone that works here not select other like I said run server sales and see how only select few kept a full section

No one really cares, people just show up and do the absolute bare minimum. They are unsanitary and disgusting.
