Lots of promise dashed by lies and weak executives
Very good and talented people work here, but Executive leadership run company as tyrants and negatively impact morale.
I do not think this is a good place to grow as a young employee, if you are working in the states. I think if you work in Italy, the experience is much different. They seem happy and have more provided for them.
No communicaton, bad leadership, unclear roadmap
