- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Tenured employees are often paid significantly less than new employees. They never really bump people up unless you make a huge stink.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?There are too many people coming/going at the company. Turnover is getting worse and it seems like it's always out of nowhere.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Understanding what employees need to succeed and having the right resources. We are very understaffed in critical roles
