I feel that they need to get better at listening to their employees. Some unnecessary changes have been made that is an inconvenience
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When business is very slow I feel that we should be paid minimum wage because walking with only $20-$30 a shift happens too often.
