Everything is the best part I would not ever look for a job. I want to work anywhere else other than here are the best opportunities for growth.
I'm being fairly paid. But to be moving up in Harland not getting our raises is definitely not fair.
It provides for my needs
Good pay, good benefits the only problem for me is have my check twice at months.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team are overall wonderful people that I hope to remain in touch with throughout life. I look forward to seeing them everyday.
we help each other out without management because we're made to feel like asking a manager. Any questions is the worst thing you could do because it's stressful for them.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The guests. I stay as positive as I can but with the managment not being avalible when servers need them and clashing of personalities it's hard to stay positive.

My earnings and seeing guests have fun and enjoy good food
I am not happy seeing my colleagues and interacting with the nice customers.

What do you like best about your company?
nothing positive to say except there are a decent diverse group of good co-workers but all most all of the managers/shift leaders are very condescending when speaking to employees by talking down to us like garbage/straight disposable employees and it's very rude
