What is the best part about your compensation package?

They offer commuter benefits to help offset parking costs.

The benefits are severely lacking.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because I make about 10 dollars an hour less than my position and experience deserves. But they caught me out of work mid=pandemic, so here I am.

The salary was great, however upper management was so disconnected that the pay did not outweigh the stress caused by their disconnect from their team.

The pay is great but the hrs are low at times
