What do you like best about the leadership team?Lots of trust and autonomy. We all work together as team.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Because I make about 10 dollars an hour less than my position and experience deserves. But they caught me out of work mid=pandemic, so here I am.
