Because I make about 10 dollars an hour less than my position and experience deserves. But they caught me out of work mid=pandemic, so here I am.
The salary was great, however upper management was so disconnected that the pay did not outweigh the stress caused by their disconnect from their team.

Consistency would improve the interview process. Following through with next steps as promised. The process seemed very unorganized (much like the daily operations itself).
They don't stand by their word. My supervisor is a client of YOH and is trying very hard to get finance to approve a new recruiting company due to the way they unethically operate.
