Ok company to work for

I work as a contractor for Funimation through them and they promised me a raise after 6 months, gave me that raise, and then said it was a technical error and took it back even though initially they said they would stand behind the error as it was their fault. Communication is awful.

Lots of trust and autonomy. We all work together as team.

Direct manager is great to work with. I question the high level athority

I would say be more professional with the people and deliver directions in a better way with the carpenters

Not promising things they can't follow through on. Not bullying their contractors into signing things my holding their paychecks ransom.

Stop spreading unnecessary rumors and than twist words to a negative way If a person mention is good for a company to have a Spanish speaker why make that into a negative comment ato the point to fire someone over that SAD

It’s a good job when you need a job but needs a lot of improvement

They offer commuter benefits to help offset parking costs.

The benefits are severely lacking.

Because I make about 10 dollars an hour less than my position and experience deserves. But they caught me out of work mid=pandemic, so here I am.

The salary was great, however upper management was so disconnected that the pay did not outweigh the stress caused by their disconnect from their team.

The pay is great but the hrs are low at times

Safety And Expectations Its Not Implemented As It Should Be Respect And Tremendous Amount Of Cell Phone Usage In The Field And To Much Getting Swept Under The Rug And No Consequences For There Action (Safety Related) No Honesty And Integrity Unprofessional

My co-workers are fine, Management and recruiters are awful.

The company does amazing things like bring your kid to work day with fun activities.

Excellent work life balance and effective systems and tools that allow for many remote work/hybrid work from home options! Family environment at D&Z.

My co-workers are lovely, management is not.

The most positive thing about the environment is the building and campus are beautiful. The culture on the other hand is that of a Sorority or Frat house. Very cliquey.

It was a open conversation during all phases, there was no bombarding me with questions.

They don't stand by their word. My supervisor is a client of YOH and is trying very hard to get finance to approve a new recruiting company due to the way they unethically operate.
