What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care. My manager gives me the flexibility to work in the way that works best for me, while always being available to help me grow or provide support when needed. I really appreciate that.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I would say be more professional with the people and deliver directions in a better way with the carpenters
Not promising things they can't follow through on. Not bullying their contractors into signing things my holding their paychecks ransom.
Everything? Making promises only if they can keep them.
Stop spreading unnecessary rumors and than twist words to a negative way If a person mention is good for a company to have a Spanish speaker why make that into a negative comment ato the point to fire someone over that SAD
It’s a good job when you need a job but needs a lot of improvement
