Very shady company. Will promise you the world to make you sign on, but not follow through with their promises. Their benefits are also horrible, I pay $615 a month for a Bronze PPO that leaves plenty of out of pocket expenses i still have to pick up.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My co-workers are lovely, management is not.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything? Making promises only if they can keep them.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My co-workers are fine, Management and recruiters are awful.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They don't stand by their word. My supervisor is a client of YOH and is trying very hard to get finance to approve a new recruiting company due to the way they unethically operate.
