What is the best part about your compensation package?

I would say everything is

Im provided with onv site housing

They are considerate with putting things in there that accommodate us having families and a life outside of work.

Better pay & management , paid vacations

It seems the harder you work there the more trouble u get into by the supervisor. The owner never knowledgea the people who work hard. He values the girls who walk around taunting him with there bodys. Most of the hotel is full of people who live there. I feel bad when the people in for the cruises

Because I had to Google to find out what the company offers as far as benefits. Which is really sad. They should value me enough to come to me with these things

Better pay for what all they makes the workers do

If i made a little more money and if i even got compensation

Benefits and wages that reflect nearly 22 years of dedication, with only 2 days called off! Not many can top that and still come to work and know that they'll be doing it all once again, as usual.
