Need to check in on how there team is running the hotel and do drug test cause they are family team and think they can treat workers ever how they want
Listening to one another understanding each other. Not judging communications, the rules should be set for all not just one... stop bullying people you work with

Im provided with onv site housing
They are considerate with putting things in there that accommodate us having families and a life outside of work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay & management , paid vacations
It seems the harder you work there the more trouble u get into by the supervisor. The owner never knowledgea the people who work hard. He values the girls who walk around taunting him with there bodys. Most of the hotel is full of people who live there. I feel bad when the people in for the cruises
Because I had to Google to find out what the company offers as far as benefits. Which is really sad. They should value me enough to come to me with these things
Better pay for what all they makes the workers do
If i made a little more money and if i even got compensation

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
New coworkers that like to work and not bully people who want to work
We have tired but nothing seems to work. If i try to be nice to them they will bully me harder. I almost gotninto a fight with a girl because i found a poop stain left on the comforter. To improve i feel like they need a new team. I deep cleaned a room one day. Like the manager told me to do.bullied
Less drama and communication needs to to improve greatly.
Mind they own business and better people skills
If they would stop down from there position of judge and jury would be a start
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its on average ok all day
Certain workers are honestly great. Just the power tripping is toxic.
I love it because we're all have a different nationality. So we have a different culture background and we bring it altogether and we learn from each other, and we weren't really well together.
The place is very clean

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hire proper guys who are permitted to work in USA. Stop providing shelter to illegal people and provide salary under the table below Washington state law
Needs new management that actually knows what they are doing.

No interview just pick the person commit heigh height value and then given lowest rate or pick illegal guys and paying them according to own will under the table

Renovations started this week so I'm sure things are on the rode to improvement

Room upgrades, more responsibility taken by the owner/ manager and less passing to the desk clerk.
