Customer service and treating employees with respect

At least stop criminals act over here, stop providing shelter to illegal guys and salary under the table It is happening since 3 months at branch of Vancouver mall drive Always misbehave with employees and customers by mr niruv Patel Illegals guys are Amit ravindar and aaman. Please take action.

Need to check in on how there team is running the hotel and do drug test cause they are family team and think they can treat workers ever how they want

There is no team at the property in which I work. Lucky if tech support answers!

They serves they they dont like black African people working for there company... we gos in interview just to get turn down... they dont give us a chances to experience our self to how we good to work ..

Completely new management, and train all staff. There is no management there and manager shows favoritism to some employees and treats new employees unjust and unfair

Supporting the staff. The rooms are run down and in need of repair. Guests complain and shout at me all the time. Would be nice if the manager would actually come speak with those people or repair his hotel
