What makes you most happy at work?
I'm a people person. So I love to help the guest and make sure they're comfortable. And they have everything they need and all their needs are met

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The owner doesn't care about his guests
Renovations started this week so I'm sure things are on the rode to improvement
There's too much going wrong
Room upgrades, more responsibility taken by the owner/ manager and less passing to the desk clerk.
From the maintenance of the hotel to the people that work there
A new manager. Mine is not even cut out for the line of work he is in.
