To be fair, i do all the work at the property i work at, management does nothing but complain about OT, yet refuses to help out! Been at my specific Days Inn for nearly 22 years, and make a measly $10/hr. Maybe visit and talk with the employees, not the property owners! I'm ready to walk away...

More work and less talking, listening is key.

It was easy to get hired in 2001.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is no team at the property in which I work. Lucky if tech support answers!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Room upgrades, more responsibility taken by the owner/ manager and less passing to the desk clerk.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's hard to say anything is positive when one person is who keeps it all together without recognition or a pay that matches that responsibility.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits and wages that reflect nearly 22 years of dedication, with only 2 days called off! Not many can top that and still come to work and know that they'll be doing it all once again, as usual.
