I really like my job. I work at the front desk and I do the audit. Im a type 1 diabetic so the job meets my needs. The only issue is the gm and a couple coworkers believe Im just on drugs and my diabetes isn't a hig deal. Just thinking about it fills me with rage.

Im self motivated and rarely require any leadership.

Renovations started this week so I'm sure things are on the rode to improvement
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
If they would stop down from there position of judge and jury would be a start
