Improve the hotel, make repairs. Get the work done that needs to be done

It’s an old rundown place. It’s just awful. Needs a lot of work
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Show up on time. It’s always a guessing game if they will show up at all
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Supporting the staff. The rooms are run down and in need of repair. Guests complain and shout at me all the time. Would be nice if the manager would actually come speak with those people or repair his hotel
