Better pay & management , paid vacations
It seems the harder you work there the more trouble u get into by the supervisor. The owner never knowledgea the people who work hard. He values the girls who walk around taunting him with there bodys. Most of the hotel is full of people who live there. I feel bad when the people in for the cruises
Because I had to Google to find out what the company offers as far as benefits. Which is really sad. They should value me enough to come to me with these things

We have tired but nothing seems to work. If i try to be nice to them they will bully me harder. I almost gotninto a fight with a girl because i found a poop stain left on the comforter. To improve i feel like they need a new team. I deep cleaned a room one day. Like the manager told me to do.bullied

No interview just pick the person commit heigh height value and then given lowest rate or pick illegal guys and paying them according to own will under the table
Actually interview people not just ask when can they start
Talk during the interview more and find out more about potential employees.
