What is the best part about your compensation package?

Pay and benefits are above most companies. HR is responsive and they go above and beyond to support employees with emergency situations (donated PTO - option to purchase additional PTO).

Employee owned and good 401K options

I was super happy the Benefits seem good. The salary could be better but for now its good enough.

Industry Leading pay and benefits

The ESOP is pretty great.

The very generous contributions they make to our retirement accounts. We get a 401k contribution and they GIVE us stock in the company each year.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I've been an employee here for more than 5 years and everyone that is brought on has lived experience but gets paid way too much. All management are making six figures Plus wow the vast majority of the workers who do the bulk of the work even administrative don't even touch 70k.

DCS Corp salaries are not competitive, and excellent work is not reward any differently that sub par work
