What does the leadership team need to get better at?They need to put people who understands retail, to be store leaders. To put people who do not understand it, with retail being the crux of the business, is a model for failure
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Micromanagement at it's best. The managers can't simply deliver their decision, and always gets overwritten. Likewise when the managers provide constructive feedback, the Store Leader ego gets bruised
