Mr. Glen W. Hauenstein has been the President of Delta Air Lines, Inc. since May 2, 2016. Mr. Hauenstein served as the Chief Revenue Officer and Executive Vice President of Commercial at Delta Air Lines, Inc. from August 2013 to May 2, 2016. Mr. Hauenstein served as an Executive Vice President of Revenue Management & Network Planning at Delta Air Lines Inc., from April 2006 to July 2013. Mr. Hauenstein served as an Executive Vice President and Chief of Network & Revenue Management of Delta Air Lines Inc. from August 1, 2005 to April 2006. He is 20-year veteran of the airline industry. He served as Vice General Director, Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Alitalia from 2003 to 2005. In his role as Chief Commercial Officer, he led a major restructuring of Alitalia's route network, which improved schedule connectivity by more than 50 percent. Under his leadership, Alitalia's revenues grew by almost 20 percent while the aircraft fleet was reduced by more than 10 percent. As Chief Operating Officer, he and his team were responsible for one of the most impressive operational turnarounds in modern aviation. He served as Senior Vice President of Network of Continental Airlines, Inc. from March 2003 to October 1, 2004, where he was responsible for planning and execution of the airline's schedule, fleet and pricing and revenue management strategies. He served as Senior Vice President of Scheduling of Continental from February 2001 to March 2003 and as Vice President of Scheduling from January 1998 to February 2001. Mr. Hauenstein joined Continental in 1987 as International Controller. He is a graduate of Stetson University, where he received a BBA degree in Finance in 1982.
