Get paid fairly for the many years of knowledge I have.
Deluxe does not pay market rate. Variable comp is ok but totally unpredictable.
Poorly paid for our experience never get a good yearly raise.
We went nearly 3 years without raises while also taking on more and more work with less staff, when we finally got a raise this year they were 3%, which when accounting for inflation is a 6% paycut.
I have been working at the same site for al.ost 12 years and I get paid 24 cents more then a new hire. I have never been written up and have always done my job.
Try giving out decent raises.
Employees continue to suffer COVID cuts despite huge profits, dividend payments to shareholders, and fat ELT bonuses paid out. Combined, but the ELT made more in bonuses than 200 people make in one year. We continue to pay dividends, but keep benefits cut from employees. It's a joke.

For the amount of work that is required each day, we don't get paid enough.
