I do more than just cook I clean,prep, wash dishes, cashier, serve food, all for minimum wage

recognition, would have been great, the lack of incentives is sad there is no reward no matter how hard you work or how well you do things no appreciation whatsoever praise or monitarily

The firing of Lerona Rameriz now, and have franchise reported and chargeed.

I was stretched thin with cross-training and constantly waved a triple diamond shift coordinator promotion for three year even after transferring three different times. I thought things differently and wouldn't sweep problems under the rug. I was given responsibilities with nothing to show for it.

If they paid a living wage or did raises for people who have shown dedicated and loyalty or if I got paid as much as my male peers and didn't constantly passed up for promotions. They hire people who know nothing about the company and wonder why there are problems and there aren't any benefits.

I have been treated poorly by management as well as other employees and nothing is done about it. At this point I'm not even sure what type of compensation would justify the way I have been treated by this company and it managers.

I have received two poorly fitted shirts and half off employee meals. NO insurance or other benefits.

This company dont take harassment of any type serious

Having 7 different shifts through out the day isnt gonna help . Immediate shift change at 12 o clock at night isnt gonna help , it just messes up employees scheduling and there time off

Because the allegation my co worker Jorge said about me got me suspended for 5 days and I don’t think that is right because I have two other co workers as witnesses and what he said he went to the extre
