When the customer cleans their plate or in customers food or give compliments to the kitchen for their food

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We need a new district manager and the one we have Asha needs to be held accountable for the down fall of her sores, staff and she needs to be held accountable for being a horrible person in this world.

Better staff communication skills and ability to work together

Working us managers to death and ridiculous if we need to call in

Management is the sole issue, they dont know what it means to be nice and communicate effectively. Having managers that are fair and kind, and not intimidating is the first step. Otherwise nothing can be helped.

Small town + high turnover in management and crew + lack of training + inconsistent scheduling + inventory issues + micro managing DM + lower than average wage for kitchen staff = customer supposition + losing good staff + lower revenue

This company dont take harassment serious as they should . All this messed me up mentally.

Long wait times, long food service times, tickets coming up piecemeal. Trays scorching server hands and arms. Train cooks to read ahead and drop items accordingly, timing and proper meat preparation. Ensure cleaning is done, especially where customers can see! Disallow kitchen radio.

They're not staffing adequately and the people that are there are being overworked and management doesn't seem to do anything about it

General manager and store beimg ran correctly

Management needs to be held accountable for what they are doing. Stealing from their already struggling employees is not acceptable! On that note 90% of the employees who work at dennys on 17th ave cant pay their bills because of the owner

Lack of temperature control , lack of rotation and food standards. corporate intervention!

wages, supplying uniforms, making sure they stop trying to take out money, making sure theres actual workers to work.

There is no structure. The managers are to busy playing nookie

The customers noticed that a specific worker treated other workers and customers awful and no one did anything about it.

The work environment is positive when certain people aren't working but when the assistant manager is there the morale is low and the work environment is very negative

What do you like best about your company?

I fact that I have worked there on and off for the past 20 years. Some of the girls there have been there that long also. Shows how good the company is.

I like the way they offer me food sometimes.

Just looking forward and being able to see all of my regular customers
