Compensation is very unfair, hours are long, HR is almost nonexistent and reports about inappropriate conduct are ignored.
Worst culture that anyone can experience
Most toxic experience ever. Unless you are part of their legal staff, they do not believe in growing your career, growing your skills, and they will actively cut employee salaries during the pandemic rather than support them, despite doing well fiscally. Worst of the worst.
