The benefits are good, salary could be better its a little lower than the average entry-level but ultimately you move through the roles at a reasonable pace.
Number of Vacation days is great
Middle management does their best to encourage/respect PTO where possible. Unlimited PTO means ~3 weeks, and separate from holidays. 4% 401(k) match is on par with the industry, solid health insurance and elective coverage options (legal, AD&D, life and a few others).

Director and above are paid way above market. But irresponsible and not shifting the company to better shores. Its best not to join Dentsu. Totally horrible.
