What do you like best about the leadership team?
Fun to work eith ambitious hard working team
Leadership has been a pleasure to work with, everyone is respectful and they make an attempt to make working remotely as painless as possible.
Knowledgeable and very supportive to individual and team
The team is focused on the goals and objectives of the organization with an emphasis in resource alignment and planning.
Trust and empowerment to the team. Projects are handled professionally.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Prioritize competitive comp packages to win/retain top talent the same as margin. The Great Resignation is not an acceptable reason to lose valuable leaders and talent development.
Leave dentsu if you are there only to fatten your wallet and retirement
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are good, salary could be better its a little lower than the average entry-level but ultimately you move through the roles at a reasonable pace.
Number of Vacation days is great
Middle management does their best to encourage/respect PTO where possible. Unlimited PTO means ~3 weeks, and separate from holidays. 4% 401(k) match is on par with the industry, solid health insurance and elective coverage options (legal, AD&D, life and a few others).
We have MANY company wide holidays which I really appreciate
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel like i am undervalued
Director and above are paid way above market. But irresponsible and not shifting the company to better shores. Its best not to join Dentsu. Totally horrible.

We help each other out and try to keep things lighthearted.
Organized, independent, and there's a sense of harmony.
A very engaged group with respectful input and encouragement for the entire team's involvement.
Amazing people, open-minded, smart, and humble.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Embrace diversity and stop playing dirty politics like the leaders.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say the people its what makes the job a little bit more pleasant.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Total change of HR and leadership. HR is incompetent and not doing their role of protecting culture.
What did you like most about the interview process?
people were kind and also really interested and open in thinking differently about what skills might be best for the role I was considering. I am not a typical candidate.
