They lean on employee run groups driving culture and realigning with equitable hiring/recruiting practices. If employees want to see change, they can support and work towards it! A company of all stars means that amazing work by most standards becomes average so merit raises are comparatively low.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Prioritize competitive comp packages to win/retain top talent the same as margin. The Great Resignation is not an acceptable reason to lose valuable leaders and talent development.
