I would say the people its what makes the job a little bit more pleasant.

it's very creative and innovative
Your managers and teams are all amazing people who genuinely want to work, do good work, and support each other in shared success. Sure some personalities can be difficult but the overwhelming majority of people are open books and willing to get their hands dirty.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Total change of HR and leadership. HR is incompetent and not doing their role of protecting culture.
