What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to better support the employees.
They need to promote people fairly as well as responsibility. They need to stop including everyone when reprimanding for something only one or a few are guilty of whatever the issue at hand is.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Lots of money me to make
Monetary compensation is good, benefits package is great.
The federal government offers excellent pay and benefits, including generous sick and annual leave. The best benefit is the ability to constantly learn and grow through on the job experiences, mentoring, and detail assignments.
The best part of my compensation is that is covers all of my financial responsibilities.

Some coworkers could benefit from improving their skills at keeping a meeting on track.
Team needs to put aside personal feelings and just concentrate on getting the job done and doing it well.

The is very nice to everyone treat us with respect
The most positive thing about the culture is employees' willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done.
I get to work with brilliant individuals dedicated to public service. Our leadership encourages the free exchange of ideas and a questioning attitude.
Employees celebrate birthdays and holidays by bringing in food or dessert. A yearly employee picnic is provided by management.
