What do you like best about your company?

the ability to move around and have flexibility.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We are law enforcement and we have to depend on each other.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Many of the questions were forward and about myself . More of me fitting in as a leader and team player.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I find myself doing 40% of my coworkers work and cleaning up their projects so that they will have a passing or above average performance rating.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There needs to be an improvement with management and the communications to the subordinates. the fair and equal process of promotion, training, pay, work distribution and supervisory oversight.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My salary does not equate to the work in which I do on a daily basis. I hold down four different job positions but hold one salary for each job that pays more than $100k.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My immediate leader will modify certain order tomake them work for the better good of the agency, subordinates, and production in order to maintain the same goal as the headquarters in order to achieve success and maintain moral.
