everything. they are not good at their job. it is run by a bunch of people that have power trips and feel the need to lack leadership qualities over have them

No more toxic masculinity in all the agencies, no more "good ole boy" network. They all need to listen to what their experts tell them, not just keep searching for the answer they want to hear.

I find myself doing 40% of my coworkers work and cleaning up their projects so that they will have a passing or above average performance rating.

stop being so snobby and assuming their way is always the best way. stop being so competitive

There needs to be an improvement with management and the communications to the subordinates. the fair and equal process of promotion, training, pay, work distribution and supervisory oversight.

consider the bigger picture and not the immediate tasking. instead of lowering standards to meet hiring goals, tell congress their mandates are incorrect.
