They care about us and treat us right

Needs work and need to be back filled more quickly and effectively.
They are not trained well. Docs in leadership positions
What is the best part about your compensation package?
retirement package currently. If they take that away though.....
I can live comfortably well
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At my current job USACE, 59 mins for holidays are rarely initiated. Telework is not supported in the way other agencies use it. Also incentives appear to be a bad word.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The team is great, but more training is required.
Bogged down in the government system. No power to change anything. Need the actual power to change things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We worked together to achieve a common goal
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More diversity. Too many negative thoughts on employees that are immigrants.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Reasonable and realistic leadership. In procurement there aren’t realistic timelines for projects, and program managers feel that contracting reports to them.
not good moral on a daily basis, give power to the actual clinic.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Command culture and realism of project timelines.
They just changed evaluation systems and they should not have.
