What do you like best about the leadership team?
My current GM is fantastic. I don't know much about the c-suite for the company but from what I've seen in other aspects of the company, it seem like Dest Pet is ambitious.
The thing I like best about the leadership team is their speedy reply.
They consistently ask for feedback from the staff and when feedback is given, they take it into consideration. We know we are heard.

it seems to be pretty average
The discounts on veterinary care. The offerings for health care could absolutely be more versatile and affordable, but I'm glad they're available
