Mr. Robert S. Molloy, also known as Bob, has been a General Counsel of Destination XL Group, Inc. since February 2008 and has been its Senior Vice President since April 2010. Mr. Molloy has been the secretary of Destination XL Group, Inc. since May 15, 2014. He served as Vice President of Casual Male Retail Group, Inc. since February 2008. He has over 20 years of distinguished, results-driven legal experience. Prior to Casual Male, Mr. Molloy served as a Vice President, Assistant General Counsel at Staples, Inc. from May 1999 to February 2008. where he provided expert legal advice to all areas of retail operations, marketing, sales and distribution, as well as managed a team overseeing litigation, labor and employment law, IS/IT and intellectual property. Prior to his career at Staples, he served as a trial attorney for the distinguished law firms of Edwards & Angell, LLP and Cooley, Manion, Moore & Jones, LLP. Mr. Molloy holds a J.D. degree from Boston University School of Law, a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and completed an accelerated MBA program at Boston University.
