Protection. Which by the way is one of the biggest issues to reform the company. Good for me and my colleagues. Bad for the company.

Manager quote "all the entry level ppl request more money than i pay you are you ok with that?"

I received more work and a lot more responsibilities without even a discussion about this. I was asked to work in weekend without even a proposal about being paid or offered a compensation. I was treated as an apprentice when I have 15 yrs experience in total. Favoritism.

Salaries are all over the place and rarely indicative of experience. It's common to find senior analysts and managers paid less than the analysts they're managing. Salary raises are extremely rare. One shouldn't expect an increase before 5 years with the company.

Stop favoring family and friends at work

Coworkerd not pleasant to work woth

They need to stop talking crap in meetings. They need to stop wasting others time in meetings that take about 2h. Stop bullying and stop playing pranks on others. Stop discriminating.

Meeting basics are neglected: no agendas and no minutes/notes.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Certainty. Presently, there is little hope that DB will continue to survive as an investment bank.

Eh. There's a lot of bad press. Yet, everyone tries to get things done. The benefit of the doubt is given broadly.

All of my questions and concern were addressed and lead me to believe i would be entering an enviornment that was fair and growth was available

clients are unhappy and ready to take business elsewhere and in some case they have already done that. CEO says client centric but leaders are not acting client centric. they only care act their own bonus at end of yr

Start by valuing people's life, work, and personal limits.

Employee retention is a huge issue. People dont feel like they're compensated fairly. If people havent left already, they're looking to leave.
