Out of 117 Deutsche Bank employee reviews, 67% were positive. The remaining 33% were constructive reviews with the goal of helping Deutsche Bank improve their work culture.
They listen and implemement solid ideas and apllicstions
I get a lot of opportunities to learn
Extremely motivated. But ( specifically in germany) not allowed to push through necessary reforms.
Focused. Navigating a tricky time in the market/world, relatively successfully.
Again inefficiency beaurecracy and toxic work culture
Ask yourself if all the junior ppl left could Management run this place ?
Revenue growth and employee motivation
Pay people minimum industry norm
Compensation, strategic vision, capital management. Poor in general.
leadership doesn't compensate people who actually work
Health benefits are good part
Protection. Which by the way is one of the biggest issues to reform the company. Good for me and my colleagues. Bad for the company.
the salary is pretty big compared to other firms.
Good pension and bonus paid in cash / stocks
27 days off. Working From Home capability. Pension
very undervalued and lower than market rate comp
Need raises due to inflation
Manager quote "all the entry level ppl request more money than i pay you are you ok with that?"
I received more work and a lot more responsibilities without even a discussion about this. I was asked to work in weekend without even a proposal about being paid or offered a compensation. I was treated as an apprentice when I have 15 yrs experience in total. Favoritism.
Salaries are all over the place and rarely indicative of experience. It's common to find senior analysts and managers paid less than the analysts they're managing. Salary raises are extremely rare. One shouldn't expect an increase before 5 years with the company.
They are always willing to help me
Knowlegde level and good ideas.
They care. Culture is pretty strong.
Analytical, diligence, understanding, friendly, innovative
Inefficient. Very beaurecatic work culture
It would be nice if my team acted as an actual team
Stop favoring family and friends at work
Coworkerd not pleasant to work woth
They need to stop talking crap in meetings. They need to stop wasting others time in meetings that take about 2h. Stop bullying and stop playing pranks on others. Stop discriminating.
Meeting basics are neglected: no agendas and no minutes/notes.
Very accepting and inclusive of me
Everyone is being taken care of
The underdog dynamic is strong here.
Recognition and support towards career progression
Interactionwith team members though they forget we are in service industry
Your management and no diversity
Too many things to list
Certainty. Presently, there is little hope that DB will continue to survive as an investment bank.
Eh. There's a lot of bad press. Yet, everyone tries to get things done. The benefit of the doubt is given broadly.
it's a lot of turnovers there
The interviewers were nice and the last interview essentally told me she wanted to hire me
All of my questions and concern were addressed and lead me to believe i would be entering an enviornment that was fair and growth was available
Out of the box questions
Slow speed in finalisation. Too many irrelevant interviews
A lot of topics discussed, open minded people
Better pay as per ability
My compendation and trust within the structure.
Being able to focus on my work and not do meetings
When we are all on the same page
Trying to make a difference is appreciated.
These questions are getting redundant.
clients are unhappy and ready to take business elsewhere and in some case they have already done that. CEO says client centric but leaders are not acting client centric. they only care act their own bonus at end of yr
Increase knowledge of industry and better technology
Low employee moral due to poor pay
Start by valuing people's life, work, and personal limits.
Employee retention is a huge issue. People dont feel like they're compensated fairly. If people havent left already, they're looking to leave.
Healthcare benefits and sick time policy (used to be unlimited now its 10 days)
Multi-cultural environment and appreciation for diversity
Salary and flexibility
Appreciation for the employees. More competitive compensation.
Improve the technical governance to be even stronger.
